Villa Rea presents an elegant, sober and modern style, perfectly set in the territorial context of its location. The neutral, delicate colours of the house and the exterior contrast with the darker, bold colours of the finely selected furnishings, such as grey, black and wood, giving guests a combination of sophistication and character. The large windows with which the villa is surrounded make it exceptionally bright and give a feeling of peace and freedom.

The villa is accessed through an electric gate and the property is completely fenced off. Outside the house, the first element that will certainly catch your attention is a lovely swimming pool with an adjacent sunbathing area. The outdoor spaces are also furnished and show great attention to detail; a large dining table, sheltered from the sun by a gazebo, and a barbecue area, will make you rediscover the pleasure of enjoying, without any hurry, lunch or dinner in the company of your travelling companions, whether they be your friends or your family. The villa has two covered terraces that will provide you with moments of relaxation overlooking the pool and the garden, which contains the majesty of 59 olive trees, 55 of which are centuries old.

The main house consists of a spacious room with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, and two bedrooms overlooking the pool or the garden, each with a private bathroom and shower; the annex offers two further bedrooms overlooking the pool and a shared bathroom.

One of Villa Rea’s strong points is undoubtedly its panoramic terrace, also furnished, which offers a breathtaking view of Carovigno, Ostuni, the sea and the endless countryside. An apéritif on the terrace at sunset time will provide an exciting spectacle.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. The final payment of 50% must be received at least 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay of 7 nights.

A signature of the contract and house rules is required at the entrance of the house.

As for all our houses, a deposit of €1,800 one week before arrival is required. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
