The property includes a main body with a living room, and a dining area with a separate kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate entrance, complete the property. The first one is situated in a spacious modern annex, and the other is in an intimate ancient lamia with a barrel vault. The 40 sqm pool is minimalistic and functional, while the outdoor loungers are designed to offer complete relaxation immersed in nature. The outdoor dining table and kitchen provide the perfect opportunity for ‘‘al fresco’’ dining.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received at least 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay of 7 nights.

The signature of the contract and the house rules are required at the entrance of the house.

As with all our houses, a security deposit of € 1,000 is required one week before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
