All natural materials make up the exquisite home. Large windows open onto the pool terrace and the beautiful eat-in kitchen features a unique combination of local marble and rich dark wood. Abundant nature surrounds this geometric villa, whose angular structure is softened by luxurious flower beds, scattered shrubs and gently twisting olive trees. The sophisticated, dark-colored infinity pool is the focal point of the outdoor areas.

Three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and an outdoor courtyard with showers. An additional bathroom offers more privacy and comfort for all guests. All suites are simply but elegantly furnished and overlook the garden and grove with a glimpse of the sea view.

The kitchen opens onto an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a natural marble table set in a shaded pergola adjacent to the pool. Directly connected to the outdoor kitchen is an organic vegetable garden that offers guests all the purity and freshness of local produce.

The exterior is private and peaceful. The villa is fenced off and artfully set among the surrounding olive trees. Illuminated pathways venture into the garden space and the swimming pool offers a view of the landscaped flowerbeds, lawn and sea.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received at least 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay of 7 nights.

The signature of the contract and the house rules are required at the entrance of the house.

As with all our houses, a security deposit of € 2,000 is required one week before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
