Casa Divino was designed by the Apulia Exclusive Houses team, to create a home for the new owners that is perfectly integrated into the Apulian landscape, hence the choice of local materials for the project. Built by the Apulia Exclusive Houses company, with local builders.

A dry stone wall separates the swimming pool area from the entrance and continues inside the house: from the entrance, it continues through an enfilade layout to the living and dining areas.
The interiors have been designed down to the smallest detail; the cement and plasterwork go hand in hand with custom-made furnishings such as the kitchen in brick and oak, brick sofas and benches, and bookcases set in niches with wooden shelves.

Living in the Apulian countryside means having many places to spend the day, surrounded by secular olive trees.

From the wooden pergola with the outdoor kitchen, the swimming pool and the completely renovated oven, it is possible to enjoy moments of solitude or company overlooking half a hectare of vineyard.

From the solarium of the infinity pool, a central staircase leads to the upper terrace, which has a courtyard with a hidden garden on one side and an outdoor kitchen on the other.

This villa features 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is directly connected to the outdoor kitchen and the living room is a cosy space to relax.

Outdoor we have the infinity dark pool, verandas, outdoor courtyard with shower and an amazing, original and authentic pizza oven, for the best lunch/dinners alfresco.

TERMS OF LETTING (Short Lease per Decree Law 50/2017)

A confirmatory booking payment of 50% of the total amount is required, with the final payment to be received no later than 60 days before arrival.

During high season (July and August), a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the house rules.

Please note that additional cleaning, linen change, cot, and high chair hire, and heated swimming pool will incur extra charges.

Also, please be aware that tourist tax is not included in the price.

As is customary with all our properties, we require a deposit of € 1,000 one week before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, minus any deductions for damages or losses incurred during the stay. Payment of the deposit can be made via bank transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Check-out is at 10:00 am
