Villa Alta Puglia is a unique house designed by an architect in neo-Palladian style. Nestled on a hill surrounded by nature, the villa has a wonderful sea view from its roof terrace and heated swimming pool. The landscaped garden and pine forest offer an incredible view of the Valle d’Itria.

The decoration has a Bohemian and Baroque spirit, with an art collection and antique furniture. Villa Alta Puglia is the perfect home for travellers who appreciate luxurious places full of character. The villa has a unique location on a hill surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and a luxurious pine forest. Due to its location, there is often a pleasant breeze and the temperature is always a few degrees lower than sea level, which makes it cool in summer.

The outdoor space includes 4 terraces: the sunset terrace at the entrance to the villa is the perfect place to take an aperitivo; then, next to the kitchen, facing the pine forest and the trullo, is the breakfast terrace; last but not least, each bedroom has access to its own terrace on the pine forest side.

The huge roof terrace with sea view and the swimming pool can be reached by a majestic staircase from the sunset terrace. The total area of the roof terrace is 250 square metres, including a grey composite deck overlooking the sea and the hills around the villa. The terrace includes a 40-square-metre shaded pergola with 8 adequate mattresses (90 x 180 m) for relaxation and refreshment, a large wooden table, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a Weber barbecue.

The deck area includes sun loungers, a space for Yoga and Tai-chi and a ping pong table. The heated saltwater swimming pool (13m x 3m in grey micro-cement) is perfect for swimming and has a bench to sit inside the pool and enjoy a cocktail at sunset.

Below the pool is a technical room and a fully equipped bathroom with shower, changing room and toilet. Next to the pool bathroom are stairs to the bedroom terrace.

Inside Villa Alta there is a fully equipped open kitchen with an island bar and high chairs and a seating area next to the fireplace. There is also a green room with a large sofa – the perfect place to relax outdoors.

At the end of the corridor are 2 double bedrooms: a first double bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be put together as a double bed) with its own bathroom in the hallway; a second double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom; finally, the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located next to the kitchen / living room. All the bedrooms have their own access to the terrace.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Booking confirmation payment 50% of the total amount; final payment to be received within a maximum of 60 days of arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights in high season (July and August).

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the rules of the house.
