The house, which is a typical building of Carovigno and preserves the original white stone, is located on the 1st floor, where there is an elegant living area with a kitchenette and a double bedroom, tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities. The rooms are vaulted with traditional star covers. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

A stone staircase leads to the upper floor where there is an additional bedroom with 2 single beds from which you can access a wonderful panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a view of the Old Town and sea view, a great location to spend the warm summer evenings.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

Booking confirmation payment of 50% of the total amount; final payment to be received within a maximum of 60 days of arrival.
Minimum stay 4 nights with supplement (except August).

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the rules of the house.

In the immediate vicinity, you can find bars, typical restaurants, ice cream parlours, old bakeries and small craft stores. The most beautiful beaches of the coast are reachable in 10 minutes by car, including the famous Reserve of Torre Guaceto. The location of Carovigno also allows you to quickly reach the main towns of Puglia, such as Ostuni, Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Cisternino, and Grottaglie.
