A property located in the unspoilt countryside between Ostuni and Carovigno and surrounded by a field of olive trees, just a few kilometres from the sea. Il Nido is an idyllic ‘sculpture’ with three en-suite bedrooms and an elegant swimming pool.

The trullo has been designed so that there is comfort, architecture and history in one place. The property is the epitome of a mix of typical Apulian and modern architecture. The trullo is nestled in this open field of olive trees and consists of large outdoor spaces, ideal for relaxing in the shade during the hottest Apulian summer days

The villa has large outdoor spaces for relaxing moments in close contact with nature, and the volumes are joined only by thin, suspended walkways in rough iron. All the spaces are designed to be independent. The trullo is transformed into a living room for relaxing on hot summer days. An annexe next to the Trullo that overlooks the pool now houses a romantic en-suite bedroom with a glass shower surrounded by views of Apulian nature. The other two connected but still independent units house two more bedrooms, both en-suite. The characteristically designed kitchen overlooks the dining area under the veranda. The very special pool with its fresh colours is the place you will love most. The house is equipped with all amenities such as air conditioning, private parking, gardens and outdoor spaces, a private swimming pool, and a service bathroom.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short-term lease under Legislative Decree 50/2017)

A booking confirmation payment of 50% of the total amount is required, with the final payment to be received no later than 60 days before arrival.

In high season (July and August), a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the house rules.

• A change of linen and cleaning service will be provided on Saturdays for stays of more than one week.

Please note that cleaning, linen changes, crib and highchair rentals are subject to additional charges.

Tourist tax is not included in the price.

As is customary in all our properties, we require a security deposit of €1,000 one week before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for damage or loss incurred during the stay. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Just five minutes from the Villa, the crystal-clear waters of the rocky coves on the Adriatic coast and the WWF nature reserve of Torre Guaceto invite you to lie in the sun. In less than 30 minutes, you can visit ancient villages rich in history and culture, restaurants serving typical local cuisine and the renowned tourist attractions of the Itria Valley: Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello and its trulli, or the famous ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
