Terms of Letting (Short Lease in Accordance with Decree Law 50/2017)

Contract and Tourist Tax
Upon your arrival, guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement outlining the house rules. Please note that the local tourist tax is not included in the rental fee and will be collected separately.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of € 5,000 is required one week prior to check-in. This deposit serves as a safeguard against any damages or losses incurred during your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, less any necessary deductions. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Free cancellation without penalties.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival: A penalty equal to 50% of the agreed rental fee will apply.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival: A penalty equal to 100% of the agreed rental fee will apply.
