Nestled in the countryside between San Michele Salentino and San Vito dei Normanni, surrounded by ancient olive trees and Mediterranean scents, Villa Eva is an elegant contemporary home where minimalist architecture meets unspoiled nature.

Clad in white local stone and framed by traditional tuff walls, the villa stands out for its clean lines, expansive glass surfaces, and the refined balance between modern interiors and relaxing outdoor spaces.

Interior Spaces

The living area unfolds in a single, airy open-plan space: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge merge into one harmonious composition. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace and pool, erasing the boundary between inside and out and providing constant contact with the greenery.

The sleeping area features two bedrooms:

The master bedroom is sober and elegant, with direct access to the pool through large glass doors and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, more intimate, offers two joinable single beds and is located next to a second full bathroom, also with a walk-in shower and modern finishes.

All rooms are equipped with electric shutters, air conditioning, and functional details designed for maximum comfort.

Outdoors & Relaxation

Outside, the heart of the villa is the 20-meter-long linear swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or swimming amidst the tranquility of the olive trees. Nearby, several shaded lounge areas provide ideal spots to read, chat, or simply enjoy the breeze.

A modern pergola houses the outdoor dining area with a barbecue, while a round stone table nestled among aromatic plants is perfect for a slow breakfast or dinner under the stars.

From the rooftop—accessible via a suspended staircase—a panoramic terrace offers the perfect setting for a sunset aperitif or stargazing in total privacy.

As with all our homes, a security deposit of €2,000 is required one week before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

The beaches of Alto Salento and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve are less than 20 minutes away. The strategic location allows you to easily explore the wonders of Puglia—from Ostuni to Ceglie Messapica, and as far as the vibrant ports of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.
