Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a large open space, where a comfortable lounge invites relaxation, and an open-plan kitchen overlooks a meticulously maintained garden with a perfectly manicured English lawn and a splendid pool. The kitchen, equipped with every comfort, boasts a large central table, ideal for convivial dinners, and a glass door that leads directly to the outdoor area, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The five elegant bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are adorned with large windows that offer direct access to the outdoor spaces. Three of these rooms feature private showers, while the other two offer the luxury of in-room bathtubs, providing moments of pure relaxation. The villa is also equipped with a shared guest bathroom for visitors.

Outside, a large patio connects the two units of the property, offering shade and coolness with a large dining table and comfortable lounge areas, ideal for al fresco dining under the stars. A barbecue nestled among the centuries-old olive trees, an outdoor kitchen with seating, and a refined lighting system makes every evening special, with the possibility of hosting outdoor movie screenings thanks to the available projector. Rental Conditions

The rental is regulated according to D.L. 50/2017 and requires a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. During the high season (July and August), a minimum stay of seven nights is required.

Upon arrival, guests will need to sign a contract outlining the house rules.

Villa Nicolá is located in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, a short distance from the enchanting white city of Ostuni. Carovigno, at the crossroads between the Valle d’Itria and northern Salento, is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of Puglia. Just five minutes from the villa are the crystal-clear coves of the Adriatic coast and the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, while within 30 minutes, you can visit some of the most charming villages in the region, such as Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello with its famous trulli, as well as the picturesque ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, all rich in history, culture, and local flavours.
