Villa Clizia expresses its sublime simplicity and deep appreciation for the natural environment with a modern, minimalist style much loved by our guests. Located near the white town of Ostuni, it is surrounded by olive trees and has a swimming pool, terraces, barbecue and an original Trullo to visit.

Our house is surrounded by large terraces; the outdoor dining area, sheltered from the sun, has a brick table and a large barbecue for outdoor dining. The pool has its own sunbathing area with deckchairs and sunbeds and a view of an original old Trullo. The grounds of the house have been deliberately left in their natural state, with native plants framing the pool and outdoor areas, all fenced off with characteristic dry-stone walls. Spacious and airy, the living area makes the most of the natural light and views, with large windows overlooking the olive trees and the pool. The interior is spacious yet intimate, with neutral tones that echo the typical colours of the land. The corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower. Each room overlooks its own terrace. Opposite is an annexe with a spacious bedroom and private bathroom.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

Booking confirmation payment 50% of the total amount; final payment to be received within a maximum of 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights in high season (July and August).

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the rules of the house.

Within 5 minutes from the Villa, you will find the crystal-clear water of the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast and the WWF nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. In less than 30 minutes you will visit the ancient villages rich in history and culture, restaurants serving typical local cuisine and renowned tourist attractions of the Valle d’Itria, or the famous ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. In 20 minutes you will reach Brindisi airport.
