Rental terms (Short-term rental – D.L. 50/2017)
A 50% deposit is required at booking.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay in high season (July–August): 7 nights.
A security deposit of €2,000 is to be paid via bank transfer one week prior to arrival, refundable within 7 days of departure, subject to damage inspection.
