RENTAL CONDITIONS (Short-term rental pursuant to D.L. 50/2017)

A booking confirmation payment of 50% of the total amount is required, with the final payment due no later than 60 days before arrival.

During high season (July, August, and September), a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign a contract outlining the house rules.

For stays longer than one week, linen and cleaning service are scheduled on Saturdays.

Please note that additional cleaning, linen changes, and the rental of cots and high chairs incur extra charges.

Also, please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

As is customary for all our properties, a security deposit of €2,000 is required one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, minus any deductions for damages or losses incurred during the stay. The deposit payment can be made via bank transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

NinniTrulli is located in the heart of the Itria Valley, just a short walk from the enchanting white city of Ostuni. Ostuni sits at the crossroads between the Itria Valley and Northern Salento and is an excellent holiday destination for those wanting to explore Puglia. Just 20 minutes from the villa are the crystal-clear waters of the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast and the WWF nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. These splendid locations are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Within less than 30 minutes, you can explore ancient villages rich in history and culture, taste local cuisine in charming restaurants, and visit the famous tourist attractions of the Itria Valley. These include Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello with its trulli, and the renowned ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
