An exclusive contemporary villa defined by sophisticated design, conceived by architect Luca Zanaroli and built by Apulia Exclusive Houses. Casa110 was born from the vision of creating a prestigious residence that blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings while preserving the authenticity and beauty of the landscape. The villa is set in near-perfect symbiosis among majestic centuries-old olive trees that characterize the estate.

The owners sought to infuse refinement and comfort into a modern country villa, crafted exclusively from local, natural materials. Exceptional attention to detail has been a defining element in the creation of Casa110, elevating it into a truly distinctive and elegant retreat.

Access to the property is through an automatic gate, leading along an illuminated driveway lined with olive trees and arriving at the covered parking area with pergola. From the pathway paved in Cursi stone, the main entrance opens into a space that gracefully separates the sleeping quarters from the living area.

The bright and spacious living room is distinguished by expansive sliding glass doors that open onto the pool terrace, overlooking a monumental olive tree set at the heart of the outdoor space. Indoors, the atmosphere is enriched by an elegant fireplace, a TV area, and a large, inviting sofa. Just beyond, the ultra-modern kitchen—crafted in natural wood and fully equipped—opens via a wide sliding door to the outdoor dining area, complete with barbecue and a natural marble table beside the pool.

Inside, Casa110 reveals a clean, contemporary aesthetic infused with understated luxury, offering an impeccable base in Puglia for the most discerning travelers. Along the main corridor of the villa, three beautifully appointed bedrooms await, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom ensure comfort and versatility, complemented by an additional guest bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy enchanting views of the garden and its centuries-old olive trees, as well as independent access to private terraces and gardens surrounding the villa.

RENTAL TERMS (Short-term lease in accordance with Italian Decree-Law 50/2017)

• A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking; the balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
• Minimum stay of 7 nights during high season (July and August).

Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement outlining the house rules.

A security deposit of € 2,000 is required for all stays and must be paid one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to inspection. Any damage or loss will be deducted accordingly. The deposit may be paid via bank transfer.
