The trulli, the beating heart of the estate, have been lovingly brought back to their original splendour through meticulous restoration, enhancing their identity without compromise. RENTAL CONDITIONS

(Short-term rental under Italian Law D.L. 50/2017)

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• The final balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.

• Minimum stay: 5 nights (except during high season).

• Signature of the rental agreement and house rules required at check-in.

A security deposit of €2,000 is required one week before arrival. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, minus any damages or losses. Payment by bank transfer.

The Adriatic coast and the unspoiled beaches of Torre Guaceto WWF Nature Reserve are just 20 minutes away by car.

Within 30–40 minutes, you can explore the region’s most charming towns: Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and the UNESCO-listed Alberobello, or head towards the sea to discover the picturesque ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
Brindisi airport is a 35-minute drive, while Bari airport is just over an hour away.
