    The property is composed of a main body and two independent guest accommodations, offering privacy and flexibility. The main house features a refined living area, a dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and independent entrance, complete the estate: one located in a spacious contemporary annex, the other housed in a beautifully restored ancient lamia with a characteristic barrel vault, creating a more intimate and evocative atmosphere.

    Terms of Letting (Short-term lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

    • A confirmatory payment of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking
    • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival
    • Minimum stay: 5 nights – except for July and August 

    Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign the rental contract and house rules.

    As customary for all our properties, a security deposit of € 1.000 is required one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to inspection, minus any deductions for damages or losses. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

    Within five minutes, guests can reach the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic’s rocky coves and the WWF-protected nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. In less than 30 minutes, it is possible to explore historic villages rich in culture and charm, including Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Alberobello with its iconic trulli, as well as the renowned coastal towns of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
