Villa Matilde is exclusive, luxurious, and sensational, located in southern Italy, in the Puglia region. Between Carovigno and the sea, just minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast and the town of Carovigno. Villa Matilde’s outdoor spaces include a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, a shaded loggia, and a large patio with an outdoor dining area for twelve people. A bright kitchen will inspire the gourmet traveler. 

Five en-suite suites, two of which are in separate facilities, accommodate families and groups of friends. Lighting and wood and bamboo accents create a cozy, natural atmosphere. The living room offers a comfortable retreat, with thick upholstered sofas and a cool, relaxing palette of greys and blues. There are three double suites in the main house, each with a private bathroom. The two outside suites offer more seclusion, with queen-size beds, lounge areas, private bathrooms, and private entrances from the garden. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. These accommodations are ideal for wedding guests or corporate retreats. 

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

Confirmatory booking payment of 50% of the total amount; final payment is to be received no later than 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights in high season.

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the house rules.

As with all our houses, a deposit of € 2,000 is required one week before arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
