Inside the structure, the black colour of the Arclinea design kitchen contrasts with the light, soft tones of all the other furnishings, creating a subtle and pleasant contrast between the intense colours of the day and those of the delicate shades of the night. “Trulli Petramyrta” also comprises, in addition to the fully equipped kitchen and living area, two elegant bedrooms, both with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and an additional independent bathroom. The facility is fully equipped and can accommodate up to five guests.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. The final payment of 50% must be received at least 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay of 7 nights in high season (July and August).

A signature of the contract with house rules is required upon check-in.

As with all our houses, a deposit of € 1,000 is required one week before arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
