A property located in the unspoiled countryside of Carovigno and surrounded by an olive field, a few kilometres from the seaside. The Nest is an idyllic sculpture by the famous Architect Luca Bombassei, with three en-suite bedrooms and a sleek swimming pool.

The Trullo was designed so that there would be comfort, architecture, and history in the same place. The property is the emblem of the mix between typical Apulian and modern architecture. The Trullo is immersed in this open field of olive trees and consists of large outdoor spaces, ideal for relaxing in the shadows during the hottest days of Apulian summer.

The details of the property make it a work of art with a particular and authentic style. The experience of spending your vacation in this house in contact with nature is unique.

The villa consists of large outdoor spaces for moments of relaxation in close contact with nature, and the volumes are united only by thin walkways suspended in raw iron. All spaces are designed to be independent. The Trullo turns into a sitting area to relax on hot summer days. The bookcase cabinet by Studio Front for Skitsch now Hub Design is very particular. An annexe next to the Trullo overlooking the pool now houses a romantic en-suite bedroom with a glass shower, surrounded by views of Apulian nature. The other two units connected but still independent host two more bedrooms, both en-suite. The kitchen with its characteristic design directly overlooks the dining area under the veranda. The very particular swimming pool with its cool colours is the place you will love the most. The house is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning, private parking, gardens and outdoor spaces, a private pool, service bathroom.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

Booking confirmation payment is 50% of the total amount; final payment is to be received within a maximum of 60 days of arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights in high season (July and August).

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the rules of the house.

At the crossroads between the Valle d’Itria and Northern Salento, Carovigno is the ideal holiday destination for those who want to discover Puglia. 5 minutes from the Villa, the crystal clear water of the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast and the WWF nature reserve of Torre Guaceto invite you to lie down in the sun. In less than 30 minutes you will visit the ancient villages rich in history and culture, typical local cuisine restaurants, and renowned tourist attractions of the Valle d’Itria: Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and its trulli, or the famous ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
