STONE VILLA PROJECT
In the modern background of a minimalist villa, the Stone Villa project has allowed the enhancement of original architectural elements and materials such as local stone, integrating them into a new contemporary context.
A large part of the façade is covered in stone and enriches the plastered part, recreating a natural atmosphere where time seems to have stopped.
The access to the house was designed both from the living room, which occupies a central position with respect to the rest of the house, and from the connected car garage for greater functionality.
Each space is custom-designed and between the living room and the kitchen / dining room there are no dividing walls to give continuity throughout the living area.
In a continuous search for optimal brightness, the large seating area is located near the large windows protected by sunbreakers that overlook the winter garden entirely surrounded by dry stone walls.
Well disengaged, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms, one of which, the master bedroom is served by ensuite bathroom and by a practical walk-in closet.
The outdoor lounge is instead made up of the swimming pool, garden with lawn and solarium, shading area designed for an eventual outdoor kitchen and park of olive groves that surround the entire property.
