Quinta Essenza is an impressive villa which has been architectually designed to the highest specification.
As soon as you arrive at the villa you will see and feel the exquisite nature of your surroundings, which have been lovingly designed by the owner.
Even the furniture has been individually designed with a mix of modern and Asian influences.
La Quinta Essenza inside, has been designed with every luxury in mind to make your holiday as tranquil and relaxing as possible.
The Living room is spacious and is open plan, with patio doors leading to the pool area. To the left there is a fully fitted kitchen with extra fan, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink and fridge freezer.
Coffee making facilities, juicing machine are also provided.
Off the living room, three doors lead to the 3 double bedrooms, all with shower, and en-suite.
The master bedroom has a four poster bed, and patio doors leading to outside.
This bedroom also boasts an attached Trullo which sleeps two (children), and would be ideal for a family.
For those of you that like to keep fit there is a gym, and games room.
Bathrobes are provided, along with Pool Towels, and on request a highchair, and Travel cot can be provided.
This is truly a magnificent villa, which is spacious and with no expense spared on both the external and internal decor.
Pool & spaces
This villa has a wonderful ambience. As soon as you drive through the gates and approach the villa, you will know your holiday has just begun.
There is a superb 5×12 maximum depth 1.2m swimming pool, external Jacuzzi and established gardens.
There are many different seating areas in which you can enjoy the morning, afternoon, and evening sun.
The villa sits in its own grounds with beautifully maintained gardens.
Furthermore, there are various areas to sunbath around the pool with shade to shelter you from the heat of the midday sun.
Dining outside is made possible by the fully fitted kitchen area, which has shade so that you can cool off from the sun whilst eating alfresco.
There is also an outside bar, an area to relax.
Even when the nights are drawing cold, there is a fire pit, where you can enjoy drinks by the bar whilst watching the stars and the sun set.
If you wake up early enough in the summer you can see the sun rise over the adriatic coast.

The villa has polished wooden floors throughout, which give the villa a warm feel.
Designed to ensure that in the summer months the villa stays cool, and during the winter months it remains at an ambient temperature.
There is a surround sound state of the art music system, with piped music, both inside and outside by the pool and kitchen area.
So you can listen and relax to your favourite music.
Must see places & recommandations
Just a short drive to the nearest beach of Pantanagianni, or Santa Sabina, where you will find restaurants brimming with fresh fish from Spigola to lobster and cooked to perfection.
Evening meal reservations, strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve blissfully free from industrial development, with its rugged shores is a protected area, and allows its visitors to enjoy and escape from the over developed beach resorts.
There are plenty of opportunities to observe plant and animal species usually scarce in this part of the world.
A mini shuttle service runs from the car parks, but to find your spot on the beach, there may be some walking involved.
The sea is clear, clean and warm.
There is a visitor centre 3km inland at Serranova which organises nature walks, cycle trekking.
There are also guided snorkelling trips. Torre Guaceto is also one of Puglia’s top locations for kite surfing.
There are water parks, and a zoo in Fasano. Plenty to do if you have young children.
Ostuni boasts many restaurants with traditional Pugliese cuisine, with roast and grilled meat and tasty tangy pasta dishes to suit every pallate.
Ostuni has also one of the oldest Franciscan convents dating back to 1304. The Cathedral is located on the highest point of the city, which was built between 1435 and 1495, and has a beautiful Gothic facade.
Far away you will see the white town perched on a hill, crowned by the cathedral with its colorful dome.
The town of Ostuni is surrounded by a medieval fortress wall, and as you meander through the streets, you may stumble upon hidden cafe bars and restaraunts.
Definitely worth visiting at night, as there is a buzz of excitement, and people sipping coffee and drinking Spritz – it definitely has a cosmopolitan feel, and a place not to be missed.
