The construction of a completely new villa built with native materials such as tuff and lime. All this makes this villa a perfect example of integration between ancient and contemporary.
Set on the elevated ground overlooking the sea, the project is framed by low walls and vegetation that guarantee privacy.

To access the house it was decided to create an open courtyard with an internal fireplace as in the ancient Masseria.
From the living area, going out onto the veranda, through a path between terraces we can reach the infinity pool with the solarium area that admire the scenery of the olive trees set in the field and the sea view from the elevated position.
